4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

9. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. If the order has already been delivered, our standard return and refund conditions will apply.
10. Refund Approval
